Refund Policy
Honey Haus does not offer refunds. My goal as your hairstylist is for you to absolutely LOVE your hair. If you find that you aren’t loving the result, I’m happy to get you rescheduled for modifications. Please reach out no later than 7 days after your original appointment . As a hair artist I take my work seriously and do what it takes to get you to your hair goals.
Cancellation policy
Honey Haus understands that time is valuable and sometimes life is unpredictable. Just as much as I value you and your time, I would love for the same respect. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason , please allow 48 hours notice. If you are unable to provide such notice , it will result in a 100% service charge . Services will be charged to the credit card on file. I appreciate your understanding and support.
LATE POLICY
I’m diligent about keeping a timely schedule . If you find that you’re running 15 minutes behind , please reach out to me immediately. At that time we will need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Extentions policy
Due to regulations , Honey Haus will not be issuing any refunds for purchased hair . All sales are final. However, if the purchased hair arrives defective , it can be exchanged. Exchanges will happen if all hair extensions have NOT been open, worn, or tampered with. Hair extensions must be in factory condition. Hair purchased is put through a lengthy quality control check. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.
